Build · Fully Managed Websites & Hosting
Your website, safely in our hands
One partner, one flat fee. We design it, build it, host it on our own UK servers, keep it fast, keep it secure, keep it backed up — and you get on with your business. No middleman hosting company, no "have you tried turning it off and on?", no expired SSL surprises.
First, an honest question
Do you need a managed website at all?
Not always. If you're comfortable keeping a site updated yourself, or a simple site builder does everything you need, that's a perfectly good answer and we'll say so.
Managed makes sense when your website is how customers find you, and the cost of it being slow, hacked or down is higher than the cost of someone looking after it properly.
Managed is right when
- Your website brings the work in — so downtime and slowness cost you enquiries.
- Nobody in-house patches it — and updates get put off until something breaks.
- You've been burned by cheap hosting — slow pages, surprise renewals, no one to call.
- You want one partner — for the build, the hosting, the changes and the fixes.
- Security matters to your customers — and you'd like to answer their questions confidently.
The Journey
From "we need a website" to "never think about it again"
One team. One agreement. One number to call when anything, ever, needs attention.
Designed for the visit, not the awards
We start with the person who'll actually land on the site — what they're looking for, on what device, in what mood. Design decisions serve that reader first. You see the interactive prototype on your own phone within days.
- Interactive prototype in days
- Your brand, your voice, no templates
- Mobile-first — where most visits actually happen
Hand-built, not template-slapped
We build modern, lightweight sites — the kind that load instantly on a busy phone signal and don't cost the earth to run. Accessibility, SEO fundamentals and security aren't extras; they're part of "done". You watch it come alive week by week on a private preview link.
- Ultra-fast, tiny page weights
- SEO & accessibility built in
- Weekly preview walkthroughs
"They didn't just build our website. They quietly host it, look after it, and reply within an hour when I ask a question."
Launch day, minus the stress
Domain, DNS, SSL, redirects from the old site, analytics, sitemaps, search-engine notification — we handle every fiddly bit. You just approve. If email lives at the same domain, we plan around it so nothing skips a beat.
- Zero-downtime cutover
- Emails and existing links carefully preserved
- HTTPS + Let's Encrypt certs, auto-renewing forever
Not resold hosting — actually ours
Your site lives on a Digenixa server, in a UK data centre we manage directly. That means we know what's on it, why it's slow, whether it's under attack — and we can fix things at the root, not raise a support ticket with a call centre. It also means one partner, not three.
- UK-based VPS, managed by us
- One point of contact — no host-vs-developer ping-pong
- Genuine root-cause fixes, not workarounds
The bit that outlives the launch
We monitor uptime 24/7, patch software, take nightly backups, renew certificates, keep an eye on performance, and quietly do the small improvements as we go. When you want a new page, a fix or a feature, you email — and it happens. One flat monthly fee, no surprises.
- Nightly off-site backups (kept 30+ days)
- Automatic security patches, certificates, updates
- Small changes included — no per-tweak invoicing
How we work
Three frameworks holding the project up
One for how we engage, one for how the site is built and hosted, one for how it's delivered and looked after.
Engagement
One partner and one flat fee: we build it, host it and look after it, so there's no chain of suppliers blaming each other when something goes wrong.
- Single point of contact
- Clear plan for changes and updates
- Monthly or annual care, your choice
- Plain-English reporting
Architecture
Hosted on our own UK servers with automatic HTTPS, compression and caching. Fast, lean pages rather than heavyweight themes, and hardened so the usual attacks don't get a foothold.
- UK hosting, backups and monitoring
- Security headers and locked-down files
- Performance tuned for real phones
- Search-friendly structure and redirects
Delivery
Design and content are agreed before build, then we launch with redirects in place so search rankings carry across — and keep looking after it from day one.
- Staging site to review before launch
- Content and redirects migrated
- Launch checklist with a rollback
- Ongoing updates and small changes
The process
Seven phases, brief to looked-after
Durations are typical, not promises — scope, integrations and the state of what already exists move them more than anything else. Discovery gives you a version of this table with your own numbers in it.
| Phase | Focus | What you get | Typical |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Discovery & content | Who the site is for, what it must do, what content exists | Site map, content plan, success measures | 1–2 weeks |
| 2. Design | Look and feel, key pages, mobile first | Designs for key pages, agreed style | 1–3 weeks |
| 3. Build | Pages, forms, integrations, content management | Working site on a staging address | 2–6 weeks |
| 4. Content & migration | Moving content across; redirects from old addresses | Migrated content, redirect map | Overlaps build |
| 5. Test | Speed, devices, accessibility, forms, links | Test summary, fixes signed off | 1 week |
| 6. Launch | Domain, HTTPS, redirects, analytics | Live site, launch checklist | A few days |
| 7. Look after | Updates, backups, monitoring, monthly changes | Uptime and performance reporting | Ongoing |
Content is the most common cause of delay — not the build. Having copy and images ready, or asking us to help write them, keeps the timeline honest.
Featured build
Hido Coach — a real one, right now
A men's wellbeing coaching brand: new identity, a 9-page immersive marketing site AND a members' web app for check-ins, session notes and coach follow-ups. All designed, built, launched and hosted end-to-end by Digenixa.
What we build
Sites that outlive the launch party
Brochure & brand sites
Your business, presented properly — brand, story, services, contact. Fast, accessible, effortlessly mobile.
Landing & campaign pages
Focused pages designed to convert one specific visit — ads, launches, offers — with clear analytics behind them.
Booking & enquiry sites
Marketing that ends with a booked appointment or a qualified enquiry, not a dead-end contact form.
Sites + members' portals
Public marketing site paired with a private area for clients — logins, documents, updates, tickets. Same look, one brain.
Multi-brand hosting
Running several brands? We host and maintain them together, share the goodies (analytics, monitoring, backups), keep the invoices simple.
Rescues & migrations
Inherited a slow, breakable, "who built this?" site? We take it over, tidy it up, then host it as if we'd built it ourselves.
Why Digenixa

- UK-hosted — data in the UK, GDPR-friendly, fast for UK visitors.
- 24/7 monitoring — if the site hiccups at 2am, we know before your customers do.
- Off-site nightly backups — a bad day is inconvenient, not catastrophic.

Commercials
Priced so the risk sits with us
Every project is quoted individually — but the shape is always the same.
Build
A fixed price agreed before we start, based on the pages and features you need.
Hosting & care
One flat fee covering hosting, security updates, backups, monitoring and small changes.
Larger changes
New sections or features are quoted up front, so there are no surprises on an invoice.
Changes are normal — you'll learn things partway through that you couldn't have known at the start. Each one gets a short written note on cost, time and knock-on effects, and nothing starts until you approve it.
Straight answers
What clients ask before they commit
Can we leave if we want to?
Yes. Your domain is in your name and your content is yours. We'll help you move rather than make it difficult.
What happens if the site goes down?
Monitoring tells us, usually before you notice, and restoring it is our job rather than yours. Backups mean a bad day stays a bad hour.
Can you move our existing site?
Yes — content, images and, importantly, redirects from your old addresses, so the search rankings you've built up aren't thrown away.
Do we need WordPress?
Not necessarily. For many businesses a lean, custom-built site is faster, safer and cheaper to look after. If you have a genuine reason to use a particular platform, we'll work with it.
Can we edit it ourselves?
Yes, for the content you'll want to change. Or send changes to us — small ones are covered by the care plan.
Where is it hosted?
On our own servers in the UK, with automatic HTTPS, backups and monitoring.
One partner. One number to call.
Tell us about the site you have now — or the one you wish you had — and we'll show you what a fully managed build looks like.
