Changes are normal: you'll learn things partway through that you couldn't have known at the start. Each one gets a short written note on cost, time and knock-on effects, and nothing starts until you approve it.

What clients ask before they commit
Is our information used to train AI models?
Your knowledge stays in your own database on our UK servers. When the AI answers a question it reads the relevant notes for that request. We'll show you exactly how the AI provider handles that data under its business terms before you decide.
What if it gives a wrong answer?
Every answer shows its source, so it can be checked. Wrong or out-of-date notes get fixed at the source, and when the brain doesn't know, it says so rather than guessing.
Who can see what?
Access is set by role. Sensitive areas, like pay or customer details, can be restricted to the people who need them.
Can we use it with Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes, through a secure connector for assistants that support the open MCP standard, such as Claude. You sign in with your own login, access is limited to admins, and every action is logged.
Do we have to write everything up first?
No. We gather what already exists and capture the rest in short interviews. After launch, it grows from voice notes and everyday use.
Can we take our knowledge with us?
Always. It's your content: you can export all of it at any time.
